The frame size is defined as the length of the seat tube, measured from the centre of the bottom bracket shell to the top of the seat tube. It should be noted that these recommendations are for guidance only, as there is considerable variation in the ratio between leg and torso length between individuals. Come along and we'll set up your bike together.

To measure your inside leg length, please follow these steps:

Take a spirit level and place it between your legs. Pull the spirit level up to your crotch as if you were sitting on a saddle, keeping it parallel to the floor. Then measure the distance from the top edge of the spirit level to the floor. Please carry out the measurement with your shoes on.
